R. Kelly has been aquitted on all counts at his child pornography trial. I for one, cannot understand our legal system when a 13 year old girl (at the time of the crime) would have to actually go through all of this legal drama, to see no justice, and to not get heard or protected, at the end. I have a really hard time  believing R. Kelly is innocent. I will still not be listening to his music. Although making fun of “Trapped in the Closet” is far too good to resist.

I also read that “Max Hardcore” got shut down. this is the guy who does all of those gag-on-my-cock-until-you-puke, slightly creepy daddy/daughter roleplays, and generally awful hardcore porn. Apparently, his work was too obscene for the judges. This charge of obscenity was largely based on the fact that his actresses are often dressed like underage girls, although the actual ages of the actresses were legal, and 2257-compliant. So, it’s all based on the fantasy. I did some research on his work and I honestly feel like there is no WAY these actresses look under 18. They definatly look like adults. Plastic bracelets and fake ponytails do not make you a little girl. I will also point out that although I think it’s a little unconstitutional to shut him down for what he’s doing… I’m actually quite glad he’s done making work like this. I’m on the fence about it because  the legal precidence it implies (i.e. What other fantastical portrayals/sexual role-plays are illegal? BDSM? Furry Sex? Gay Sex?) but I am also kind of glad that this guy wont be making any more gag films.

 The wierdest part of this story to me is the second paragraph, where they actually send you to Suicide Girls with a promotional affiliates code. How did SG win free advertising in this lawsuit?!?!?!?
