As January 1st approaches, some of us start to collect our goals for the next year. From “get in shape” and “start a savings account” to “cook more often” and “spend more time with friends”… we start a list of things we want for a healthier and happier lifestyle.

This year, I realized that I can start early – what a revelation. I mean, what better way to actually DO all the things we dream of doing, than to get a jump start on our plans? Then when the new year comes, you’ve already incorporated it into your life.
